Mark Heth, President/CEO
Mark became the President/CEO of Iowa Community Credit Union in 1986. Prior to his current position, he was a Consultant for the Iowa Credit Union League based in Des Moines, IA. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa as well as an MBA from St. Ambrose University. Mark became a Certified Credit Union Executive in 1989 and has numerous other professional achievements. He served on the CUES (Credit Union Executive Society) Board of Directors from 1996 -2005. In 2003, Mark was inducted into the CUES Hall of Fame. Mark was recently elected Chairman of the Iowa Credit Union League Board of Directors and has served on various League committees as well as the Board since 1989. He currently serves on the CUPAC Board of Trustees and as Principle Key Contact for Senator Grassley. He is active in the local community and continues to promote the Credit Union movement. |

Rosanne Bowers, Executive Vice President
Rosanne has worked in the credit union industry for more than 20 years and is a strong advocate for credit unions. In her position, she oversees the loan department as well as works to continually enhance the Credit Union by being a key decision maker and facilitator. She has a Business Management degree from Upper Iowa University and recently graduated from the Cedar Valley Leadership Institute, a Chamber of Commerce program dedicated to the advancement of future leaders. Rose has involved herself in numerous credit union and community organizations and currently serves on the Iowa Credit Union League task force for Serving the Underserved. She is also active with the Greater Cedar Valley Chamber of Commerce community involvement committees and government affairs committee as well as a member of the Waterloo Exchange Club and Toastmasters. |

Matt Loesche, Vice President of Branches, Cedar Valley
Matt began his career at ICCU in August of 1996 as a part-time Member Service Representative. He became a full-time loan clerk in April of 1998. In July of 2000, Matt was promoted to Branch Manager of the new Wal-Mart branch. Currently, Matt is VP of Branches, Cedar Valley area where he is responsible for the overall branch operations as well as to believe in and promote the Credit Union. Matt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Upper Iowa University in December of 2002. |

Sharon Banaszak , Cedar Rapids Branch Manager
Sharon has over 30 years of banking experience and has worked at ICCU for much of that time. Over the many years, she has worked in lending, operations, collections and as a teller supervisor, all of which have helped her in her current position as branch manager of the Cedar Rapids branch. Sharon has seen and been a part of many new and changing services in the financial world and has enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow with ICCU. Being a volunteer for the Cedar Rapids Girls and Boys Club has been a rewarding experience for Sharon, along with volunteering with other organizations, such as the Iowa JumpStart Coalition and the American Diabetes Association. |

Kathy Steffes, Carroll Branch Manager
Kathy has over 11 years experience at ICCU and 19 years in banking experience as a marketing director and a branch manager. Kathy graduated with a marketing degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 1986. She is also involved in the local Animal Rescue of Carroll. |

Sheila Hagarty, Covenant Branch Supervisor
Sheila was recently appointed as Branch Supervisor of the branch located inside of Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. Sheila started at the new Call Center in March 2008 at Iowa Community Credit Union. Prior to joining the Credit Union Sheila had eight years of banking experience in the Cedar Valley area. She also has attended college at Hawkeye Community College. |

Tonya McGlaughlin, Waterloo Branch Manager
Tonya began her career at ICCU in March of 2002 where she worked as a loan processor in the loan department. Prior to her employment with ICCU, she worked as a F&I Business Managers at a local car dealership. In September of 2002, Tonya became the Indirect Lending Manager where she serves as the primary contact between ICCU and dealerships for dealer financing. In November of 2004, Tonya became the supervisor of the Cedar Falls branch and the Indirect Lending Manager as well. Recently Tonya became the Waterloo Branch manager. Tonya has an Associates Degree in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology that she received from Upper Iowa University. |

Kathy Anderson, Data Processing Supervisor
Kathy was previously employed with Chamberlain Employees Credit Union where she worked for six years before the Credit Union merged with ICCU in July of 1994. At the time of the merger, she became an employee of ICCU where she worked as a member service representative and loan processor. Her duties at that time also included data processing and book keeping. In 2004, she took on the responsibilities of Data Processing Supervisor. Since joining ICCU, Kathy has been active with ICCU’s Partner in Education, Edison Elementary School. She has also participated in Adopt-A-Highway clean up as well as the local Habitat for Humanity. |
