• Account:  MICR-line account number with the check digit at the end of it (you do not need to key in preceeding zeros.)
• Check #:  Check field or serial field on MICR-line
• Amount:  Amount the item cleared (key in decimal point.)
• Date:  Date the item cleared (key in mm/dd/yyyy)
• Sequence #:  Share Check Services 7-digit trace number
