What Members Can Do to Help
Members can help protect their privacy by following these simple guidelines:
- Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security number, etc. to other persons. Official Credit Union staff have access to your information and should not need to ask for it. Therefore, you should be cautious if someone calls you explaining the call is on behalf of the Credit Union, and asks for your account number.
- Keep your information with ICCU updated. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you. We will attempt to contact you immediately if we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of an account. If your address or phone number changes, please notify us.
