RULES OF SALE

The name of the person submitting a bid will not be made public, just the amount of the bid.
Financing must be pre-arranged prior to the end of the bidding period. Cash or cashier's check will also be accepted.
All bids must be a minimum of at least $50.00 above the existing bid or minimum asking price.
You have the right to increase or to retract your bid at any time prior to the time bids close. At the close of the bidding period, all bids are final and you may not change or retract your bid.
Iowa Community Credit Union reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
You may come to the Credit Union office at the close of the bidding period to submit your final bid. If two or more persons are at the designated office at bid closing time, the item offered for sale will then be sold on an auction basis.
You need not be an ICCU member to bid.
